Although we will be available the other days we will have a skeleton staff so we probably won't be as speedy in getting to your support requests.  So please keep that in mind and allow us some extra time throughout the Holiday season.

Due to the American Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday-Friday November 24-25th, 2011 our support desk will be working with a limited staff during the regular office hours (9am -5pm EST).
