We recently released the latest version of WishList Member and full details of the release can be found here:

With that said, a couple common issues came in that are actually related to the FTP settings being used to upload WishList Member to WordPress.
Please double check your FTP "transfer type" settings and make sure they are set to “Binary” and NOT ASCII.
This will ensure all the files are properly uploaded and will prevent any errors.
